Job Description: As a Licensed Psychologist at Zen Zone Health, your primary responsibility will be conducting autism evaluations for children and adolescents. You will work closely with families, providing thorough assessments that guide individualized care plans. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping us deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to those in need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive autism evaluations, including developmental history, behavioral observations, cognitive assessments, and adaptive behavior assessments.
  • Utilize standardized tools such as the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS-2), Autism Diagnostic Interview-Revised (ADI-R), and other relevant instruments.
  • Develop detailed, personalized evaluation reports with actionable recommendations for interventions and support.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to care.
  • Provide feedback to families and caregivers, explaining assessment results and recommended next steps.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and adhere to ethical guidelines and standards of practice.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Psychologist or Independent Certification in the state of SC.
  • Specialized training and experience in autism evaluations.
  • Proficiency in administering and interpreting ADOS-2, ADI-R, and other relevant assessment tools.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and compassionate manner.
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
